I do have one small suggestion though. I've used that same closure on a few projects lately, and had the same issue with the rivets sticking out the edges. If you're getting your rivets from Tandy (and I imagine other places do the same thing), the diameter of the post shaft is the same regardless of its length. If you've got some extra-small rivet caps around, you can set the closure with those caps on whatever size post you were using to begin with and it sets exactly the same as if the post and cap were matched. Took me forever to sort it out, so I figured I should share
